The AP Grama Ward Sachivalayam has received a representation from the Grama Ward Sachivalaya Employees Federation Andhra Pradesh about issues related to the crediting and sanctioning of leave for GSWS employees. The representation highlights that some controlling officers are not sanctioning leave for employees whose probation was declared on June 30, 2022, citing an ambiguity in the probation declaration orders. However, it is clarified that the declaration of probation automatically leads to the regularization of service.
Therefore, all officers concerned are instructed to credit all types of leaves in the service registers of GSWS employees and sanction leave according to their eligibility and the rules currently in effect. This directive is outlined in the official communication Rc.No.42/F/GSWS/2023, which was issued on February 7, 2023. Failure to comply with this directive will result in disciplinary action.
